Privacy Policy
Effective 30 October 2026. This policy covers our apps on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Who we are
Digital Shijil LLC ("we") publishes these apps. Contact: contact@digitalshijil.com, 34 N Franklin Ave Suite 687-#5144, Pinedale, WY 82941, USA.
Short version
- Our apps run on Atlassian Forge, inside Atlassian's cloud. Data they store stays in Forge storage for your site.
- We do not run our own servers for these apps and we do not copy your content to them.
- We do not sell data, show ads or use tracking cookies in our apps.
- Only ThreadPing and SeatSaver send data outside your site, and only to the destination you set up (details below).
What each app processes

| Sketchflow Diagrams | Renders diagram text saved in the page or Jira issue. Stores nothing else. |
| PrettyCode Blocks | Stores site and space display defaults (theme, line numbers) in Forge storage. |
| Guarded HTML | Stores the site's HTML policy settings in Forge storage. |
| Pinboard Notes | Stores the notes you write in dashboard gadgets (text, tables, images you add) in Forge storage. |
| EpicPulse | Reads issues in an epic to show progress. Stores display settings and cached totals in Forge storage. |
| Eyes On | Stores which Atlassian account viewed an issue and when, so teammates can see who is looking. Users can hide themselves. Records expire under the retention setting and are removed when an Atlassian account is closed. |
| ThreadPing | Sends issue event summaries (key, title, status, assignee name, event type) to the Google Chat spaces an admin connects. Webhook addresses are stored in Forge storage. Restricted comments are never sent. |
| SeatSaver | Uses an organization-admin API key (kept in Forge encrypted storage) to read user activity from Atlassian's Organizations API and, only when an admin confirms, suspend or restore accounts. Stores an audit log and the latest 12 weekly reports in Forge storage. |
Personal data
Some apps handle Atlassian account IDs and display names, which can identify people. We use them only to provide the app's feature. Apps that store account IDs take part in Atlassian's personal data reporting and delete or stop showing data for closed accounts.
Service providers
- Atlassian hosts and runs the apps (Forge) and processes billing through the Marketplace.
- Google receives ThreadPing messages, only for Google Chat spaces your admin connects.
Support emails
If you email us, we keep the email and our reply to help you and for our records, for up to 3 years.
Retention and deletion
App data stays in your site's Forge storage while the app is installed. When you uninstall an app, Atlassian deletes its Forge storage under Atlassian's own retention rules. You can ask us to help remove data at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or object to its use. Email contact@digitalshijil.com. Your Atlassian site admin can also remove app data by uninstalling the app.
Security
Apps use Forge's managed runtime, the narrowest permission scopes we can, and server-side permission checks on admin actions. Report security issues to the email above.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app listing.
