End User License Agreement

Effective 30 October 2026. These terms apply to every app Digital Shijil LLC publishes on the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Agreement

This agreement is between Digital Shijil LLC ("we") and the organization that installs or uses an app ("you"). By installing or using an app you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Licence

While you hold a valid licence or trial through the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian Cloud sites it is installed on, for your internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the app, use it to break the law or anyone's rights, or try to get around licence checks or security controls.

4. Fees, trials and refunds

Prices, billing, trials and refunds follow the Atlassian Marketplace terms and the app's listing. Atlassian collects payment.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to content and data you put into the app. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you enter and for your users' compliance with these terms.

6. Ownership

We and our licensors keep all rights in the apps, including updates. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the apps without obligation to you.

7. Support and updates

We provide support by email as described on our Support page and may update, change or retire features. If we retire an app, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

8. Atlassian

The apps run on Atlassian products and Forge. Your use of those is governed by your agreements with Atlassian. Atlassian is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the apps.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to the fees you paid for that app in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Term and termination

This agreement lasts while you use an app. It ends when you uninstall the app or your licence ends. We may end it if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 15 days of notice. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; continued use after the effective date means you accept it.
